Given the potency of this work, I recognize the responsibility I hold, not only as the founder of Source Embodiment but as someone called to empower others to carry this transmission with integrity. Every facilitator here has gone through three months of immersive training and shadow work through our Phase 1 and 2 trainings before becoming eligible for our Phase 3 Facilitator Training. Phase 3 is a six-month journey of energetic transmission, practicum, mentorship, and direct feedback. This is not a quick, one-week “teacher training.” It is a deep commitment to cultivating coherence, alignment, and the capacity to hold others with depth and discernment over time.
Unlike most energy modalities that train facilitators to transmit a standardized frequency, our system honors evolution and diversity by supporting each facilitator to open their own soul channel to ensure the transmission remains alive, authentic, and sourced from their unique truth.
I have always been a skeptic of old-school hierarchical guru power dynamics. My vision is a heterarchical structure where I am surrounded by spiritually mature colleagues, each embodying their own Soul’s unique expression, in a community of exchange where we have just as much to learn from each other as we do to share.
To ensure the longevity and positive impact of our community, we hold each other accountable, not only to our own comprehensive Code of Conduct, but also to the ethical standards of the Association for Spiritual Integrity and to our internal Governance Council, where even I am held to the same standards as everyone else.
It is an honor and a privilege to be in this position of trust. Bearing witness to the profound transformations, empowerment, and realizations that unfold in our participants is one of my greatest joys. I am committed to holding this role in a way that allows me to keep loving what I do for decades to come. This work continues to shape me, humble me, and teach me.
