Source Activations: A direct transmission of life force that awakens the Source already alive within you. Students describe bliss, spontaneous movement, or deep peace, often followed by the surfacing of what is ready for integration. The intention is simple: open safely, remember your connection, and trust what wants to move. Online and in person.

SE Core Practice: A course in a one-of-a-kind meditation that teaches you how to digest the transformative energy of any peak experience and allow it to nourish true growth over time. By learning how to self-sourcing your connection to the nourishing forces of nature, this practice stabilizes awakening in the body and nervous system so you can return to Source wherever you are.
Emotional Flow: Learn how to let your emotions work for you rather than against you with this trauma-informed practice that shows how to alchemize fear, grief, anger, or shame into vitality and clarity, while stabilizing joy and creative energy to cultivate resilience in daily life no matter what.
Live initiations
One or Two-Day Intensives: Immersive retreats that weave multiple activations, practice, and integration in community to create a cumulative, exponential effect. Online and in person.
Facilitator Training March 2026 • Big Island, Hawaii: For those called to serve, a pathway that weaves energy transmission with shadow work and soul essence activation, preparing facilitators to hold Source with integrity, accountability, and through their own authentic channel. This is a one week in person training, followed by 5 months online.
Private Mentorship, coaching & Psychotherapy
