Every facilitator listed here has completed over nine months of rigorous training, including shadow work, mentorship, and direct energetic transmission. This is not a casual role. We hold each other to high shared ethical standards, with myself as no exception, through our Governance Council, Code of Conduct, and collective commitment to spiritual maturity. This structure exists because we know good intentions alone are not good enough and clear systems of accountability make us stronger as a whole.

With over 13 years of experience as a licensed somatic psychotherapist, I support spiritually guided change-makers, creative visionaries, and heart-led professionals to alchemize peak states and life challenges into embodied, real-world transformation. I created Source Embodiment to offer what I couldn’t find elsewhere—a grounded, community-based path of spiritual integration that weaves personal healing with collective purpose.
My work draws from Somatic and Eco Psychology, as well as Eastern and Indigenous non-dual traditions, and centers on helping others reconnect with their soul’s expression and say a full “yes” to being alive on Earth today. I offer group activations, facilitator trainings, and one-on-one sessions—including somatic psychotherapy*, coaching, spiritual mentorship, and psychedelic integration—for those ready to walk a path of real, lasting, and spiritually resourced change.

My greatest joy is to help people be their best selves and participate fully in the complexity of the time’s very real challenges from that highest possibility. My deepest intention is that we can choose a future that is balanced, integrated and compassionate.
Along my journey, I have taken deep dives into physics, astronomy, the space industry, Buddhism, Yoga, Lakota ceremony, healing, and ethical business. I have had the honor to train with some of the best and earn a bunch of degrees, credentials, and authorizations in each of these areas. As much as I am a forever student, leading people through personal transformation to inspire a more beautiful world is my primary mission. I am deeply rooted in the sacred land of New Mexico’s Jemez Valley, a place known for its mystical energy and healing hot springs. I’m a Los Angeles-based psychotherapist and Source Embodiment facilitator who blends depth psychology, mindfulness, and somatic therapy to help people connect with their deeper essence. Over time, I began to feel the limitations of traditional therapy, particularly in addressing the full spectrum of human experience. This realization led me to explore energy-based practices that tap into our innate life-force, as I believe that disidentifying with who we think we are and simply allowing ourselves to be what we truly are is a profoundly liberating journey—a quiet freedom where we are fully present and unburdened. I became a Source Embodiment facilitator because this work helped me recognize that true transformation happens when we connect to something alive and greater within ourselves, opening the door to greater clarity, connection, and purpose in our lives.

My name is Matt Sturm and I am a guide for transformational experiences. Having studied and practiced kundalini with a number of teachers, I have been particularly drawn to Source Embodiment for its direct access to the energy together with our somatic approach to integrate the activations safely and productively. In addition to facilitating Source Embodiment, my offerings include psychotherapy, psychedelic-assisted therapy, sacred sexuality, breathwork journeys, and men’s retreats. I began my journey with Source Embodiment at an Autumn Equinox Activation in September 2023, and by the end of that experience I knew I wanted to learn and train in this incredible modality. I am so grateful and excited to be part of a growing community of humans who are committed to consciousness, healing, and personal growth.
I love hiking and connecting with nature, going on fun adventures with my kiddos, and being in loving service to humanity and the Earth. I’ve received feedback from participants that I bring a nurturing and compassionate energy to the Activations I facilitate, and it brings me so much joy to support others in this work.She lives in Las Cruces NM, where she is a single mama of her two sons and guardian of her teen niece. She has been a massage therapist since 2008 and currently offers massage therapy at a reputable spa downtown. After experiencing two closer tragic deaths 2021, Amber became curious about her capacity to work with dying people and their families. So she is currently studying death work to also become an End of Life Doula soon.

I am deeply passionate about dance, movement, and the rich nuances of human interaction. With 25 years on the spiritual path, I’ve devoted myself to deepening my connection to source energy and embodying this presence in every aspect of my life. As a dancer and dance teacher, I’ve found a powerful medium for expression and connection, where movement becomes a language that transcends words. My commitment to self-discovery and spiritual growth fuels my dedication to fostering genuine, soul-level interactions, inspiring others to connect more fully with themselves and the world around them.
I became a Source Embodiment facilitator because I found value in the practices of welcoming all parts of myself as expressions of source energy. Some of those parts are uncomfortable to be in relationship with, the stagnant, dull, and erratic parts. Justin and SE helped me with tools to recognize the intensity and power of those parts as simple distortions of source energy moving through me. That, in turn, is increasing my capacity to be present with discomfort, to evolve.
